Brian Eno and More Feature on Palestinian Aid Compilation
Brian Eno and More Feature on Palestinian Aid Compilation
It’s Not Complicated offers a sonic story of occupation, colonial violence resistance in the face of an attempt to erase a land, a past and future.
Put together by pan-Arab music magazine and collective Ma3azef, the compilation features tracks from musicians “who carry the fight from the streets to their studios.” Also supporting are music pioneers such as Brian Eno, Lafawndah, Nicholas Jaar and Lee Gamble.
The brief for each artist was to submit their versions of ‘audio protest’ after the violent clashes between Israeli and Palestinian groups last month.
All proceeds of this compilation will go to Medical Aid for Palestine and Grassroots Al-Quds.
